Who we are.

Owner and Acupuncturist.

Dr. Jaclyn Schlindwein, DACM and LAc.

Dr. Jaclyn Schlindwein is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and Certified Herbalist. She uses Five Elements Medicine as a foundation for helping her patients find more balance and wellness in their lives. She grew up in the Pacific Northwest where her connection to the earth began while running barefoot on the edges of the Salish Sea. Before diving into the this medicine, she worked as an Environmental Educator in both the Caribbean and Hawaii, as a Naturalist for Jean-Michel Cousteau’s Ambassadors of the Environment program.  After snorkeling coral reefs and hiking through rainforests for nearly a decade, she realized that in order to fully respect and care for our planet, one must first see themselves as sacred. This was when she was called to practice this medicine. It has become her life's work to support you in living a life full of the ultimate happiness, health and well-being. When she is not in the clinic, you can find her with her sweet furbaby, Coconut, on some outdoor adventure.

Dr. Jaclyn Schlindwein is in the clinic Wednesday through Saturday from 9am-6pm.

Taylor Mayers, Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Trauma Support Specialist.

Tools that Taylor implements in her practice are self-regulation, attunement, bodywork, massage and breath work. Trauma informed care is Taylor's passion and drives her practice. She strives to create a judgement free space where every individual can feel empowered to be their authentic self. Taylor has a 4 year old daughter and three dogs. Her hobbies include: meditation, yoga, spending time in nature, reading and learning. She is also a huge Game of Thrones fan.
