Purpose: Support with preparing your body for a full night’s rest.

Good for: Difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, insomnia.

How to use: Steep 1 tsp of tea in 8-12 ounces of water for 4 min, 30 minutes to one hour before bedtime.

Ingredients: organic lemon balm, organic skullcap, organic passionflower, organic hops flower, organic valerian root, organic hibiscus flower, organic lavender.

Caution- Hibiscus flowers are often intercropped with peanuts. Occasionally fragments of peanut shells are present. Caution for individuals with severe peanut allergies. Caution is recommended when using with barbiturates and other sedative drugs, as it has been speculated to potentiate the effects of some sedatives.
