About the event
Come join our LAST Monthly Sound Bath at The Dancing Camel Yoga Studio.
The theme for October is: Abundance.
To live
an abundant life
we must
allow love to touch
all the
parts of our existence
where joy
and purpose flourish
calling us home
to ourselves.
A sound bath is a form of meditation in which participants are “bathed” in healing sound waves for the purpose of restoring harmony and balance in the body. A cocoon of sound generated by chimes, drums, singing bowls and other musical instruments helps to relax and recalibrate your nervous system and can even cause shifts in brain activity.
We encourage you to bring yoga mats, blankets, pillows- anything to create a cozy little nest to lay back and relax in while you experience the healing power of sound. We also have nest making materials at the studio for you to use as well.
Cost- $25
Once you RSVP this event, you are officially signed up! You can either pay the day of the event with cash or sign up on with The Dancing Camel Yoga Studio to pay with a ahead of time with a card.
