Pajama Party Sound Bath

Join Magic Moon Medicine in collaboration with Kara's Beauty Barn for an adult pajama party sound bath!

Come in your coziest warm pajamas with blankets or a sleeping bag and enjoy a relaxing sound bath as the sun sets. Since this is an adult "sleepover", wine will be served.

Before or after our guided experience, there is the option to enjoy the Beauty Barn's facilities that include: a cold plunge, hot tub, sauna, and affirmation alley - all in a beautiful natural environment.

A sound bath is a form of meditation in which participants are “bathed” in healing sound waves for the purpose of restoring harmony and  balance in the body. A cocoon of sound generated by chimes, drums, singing bowls and other musical instruments helps to relax and recalibrate your nervous system.
