Why not kick of the new year and celebrate the inauguration of our NEW Anacortes Cold Plunge Crew group with a special community gathering and icy dip?
There are so many benefits of cold water immersion. Come spend time with Dr. Jaclyn Schlindwein of Magic Moon Medicine and Sherean McCool of Balanced Life Spa as we talk story about the medicinal benefits of cold plunging.
We will have the fire pits going and hot chocolate and tea for all to warm up with.
This is a free community event. If you feel like it, you can bring a snack to share. But absolutely not necessary.
