March Sound Bath with Magic Moon Medicine

Come join our Monthly Sound Bath at The Dancing Camel Yoga Studio.

The theme for March is Emerge.

A sound bath is a form of meditation in which participants are “bathed” in healing sound waves with the purpose of restoring harmony and balance in the body. A cocoon of sound generated by chimes, drums, singing bowls and other musical instruments helps to relax and recalibrate your nervous system and can even cause shifts in brain activity.

We encourage you to bring yoga mats, blankets, pillows- anything to create a cozy little nest to lay back and relax in while you experience the healing power of sound.

Cost- $20

This event will sell out! If you do RSVP and your plans change, please let us know so we can give your space to someone else. 

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the event begins. The door will be locked a little after 6pm in order to not disturb the experience of participants.
