Join Magic Moon Medicine in collaboration with Kara's Beauty Barn for Lavender Lullaby: A Sound Healing Experience!
This healing event is meant to activate your parasympathetic nervous system to induce deep calm and relaxation. We will drink lavender tea, work with the healing power of amethyst (everyone will receive an amethyst stone to work with) and dive into the rest and digest state of being where profound healing can happen.
Before or after our guided ceremony, you are welcome to enjoy the Beauty Barn's facilities that include: a cold plunge, hot tub, and sauna - all in a beautiful natural environment.
A sound bath is a form of meditation in which participants are “bathed” in healing sound waves for the purpose of restoring harmony and balance in the body. A cocoon of sound generated by chimes, drums, singing bowls and other musical instruments helps to relax and re-calibrate your nervous system.
