February Ecstatic Dance: Depth

We invite you to dance your own dance, guided only by the musical journey.

We gather the first Saturday of the month to celebrate life, dancing and being together!

Ecstatic Dance is a form of conscious movement. The free form dance encourages participants to get grounded in their bodies and move in what ever ways feel good for the purpose of authentic self-expression, self-discovery, interpersonal connectedness, and personal healing.
