Community Acupuncture with Mini Sound Bath

Community acupuncture is practiced in a group, rather than one-on-one,  setting. Don’t worry! You won’t be baring much skin. The treatments are  primarily on the front of the body and on distal points (legs,  arms, hands, feet, ears, etc.). The idea  is to make acupuncture as accessible as possible. You will delve into a meditative state while relaxing in the nice comfy "nest" you create on your yoga mat. We encourage you to bring pillows, blankets, and anything else you need to be cozy so that you can relax while being treated. Once everyone has recieved acupuncture, you will be bathed in sound with instruments like drumming, crystal bowls and chimes to further support your healing journey.

We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes before we begin to fill out paperwork. 

Please note that the door will be locked at noon so as not to disturb the event.
