About the event

Come join our August Sound Bath at The Buxtons Building in collaboration with Creative Avenue!

This is a special extended two hour sound bath event.

The theme for August is: CLARITY.

"Clarity is the moment we see without opening our eyes." ~Stephanie Banks

A sound bath is a form of meditation in which participants are “bathed”  in healing sound waves for the purpose of restoring harmony and balance  in the body. A cocoon of sound generated by chimes, drums, singing bowls  and other musical instruments helps to relax and recalibrate your  nervous system and can even cause shifts in brain activity.

We  encourage you to bring yoga mats, blankets, pillows- anything to create   a cozy little nest to lay back and relax in while you experience the healing power of sound. We also have nest making materials at the studio  for you to use as well.

Cost- $20 in advance, $25 at the door

To register ahead of time and get the discounted rate, book your ticket here:

We  ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the event begins. The door will  be locked a little after 6:30pm in order to not disturb the event.

Thank you and we look forward to seeing you there!

ABOUT YOUR HOST-

She believes that the stressors of everyday life can lead to dissonance within our bodies, but that sound can return us back to balance.
