August Sound Bath: Nurture

Magic Moon Medicine's Sound Baths are sweetly woven tapestries of word and sound. Each sound bath features a theme and opens with a guided meditation that gently takes you on a journey deeper into yourself. 

Participants are “bathed” in healing sound waves for the purpose of restoring harmony and balance in the body. A cocoon of sound generated by chimes, drums, singing bowls  and other musical instruments helps to relax and recalibrate your nervous system.

The theme of August's Sound Bath is: Nurture. We will be focusing on our three lower chakras: solar plexus, sacral and root in order to center and ground.
