About the event
Come join our Monthly Sound Bath at The Dancing Camel Yoga Studio.
The theme for April is: Expansion.
A sound bath is a form of meditation in which participants are “bathed” in healing sound waves with the purpose of restoring harmony and balance in the body. A cocoon of sound generated by chimes, drums, singing bowls and other musical instruments helps to relax and recalibrate your nervous system and can even cause shifts in brain activity.
We encourage you to bring yoga mats, blankets, pillows- anything to create a cozy little nest to lay back and relax in while you experience the healing power of sound.
*GIVEAWAY*
As a thank you to my Sound Bath Community, every participant at this event will be entered to win a special self care item. This month's gift will be: A Detox Me! Bath Bomb and Adventure and Growth Essential Oil Roll On from Magic Moon Medicinals. Winner will be selected at the end of the event.
Cost- $20
Once you RSVP here, you can either pay the day of the event with cash or sign up on the MindBody App with The Dancing Camel Yoga Studio to pay with a card.
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the event begins. The door will be locked a little after 6pm in order to not disturb the experience of participants.
Thank you and we look forward to seeing you there!
