EMBODIMENT: A Women's Camping and Hot Springs Wellness Retreat

It’s all too easy to fall into a rut and spend your days living unpresent – disembodied, disempowered, and distressed.

Join us as we spend time beneath the trees and beside the river~ 

to release what no longer serves us so that we all can reclaim the truth and power than resides within.

This retreat is designed to guide you back home to yourself- to your radiant heart, sacred body and primal power.

Through movement, sound, energy, and ritual- join us as we release emotional burdens from the past and connect with the Earth to find center.

WHAT'S INCLUDED: 

• Healthy nourishing meals for breakfast and dinner.
• Scheduled activities including cacao ceremony, sound healing sessions with optional acupuncture/acupressure, movement including qi gong and healing movement, healing rituals connecting you with nature and your inner power, and more!
• Free time that can be spent forest bathing, journaling, sitting around the fire (as long as there isn't a burn ban), soaking in natural riverside hot springs, and star gazing.

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED:

• Transportation to Carson, WA.
• You will need to bring all of your own camping gear.
• Lunch and snacks.
